The encrypted vault: a backup nobody can read
Your exhibits live on your device. The vault adds a backup , encrypted before it leaves, with a key that never leaves your browser.
What “client-side encrypted” means, without jargon
When you put an exhibit in the vault, your browser turns it into unreadable bytes before upload. The server receives and stores that fog , it holds no key and can decrypt nothing. Not us, not a host, not anyone intercepting the traffic. The only key is yours.
Built for case exhibits
- Rename, title and categorize every exhibit (date, person, category) · find it by filter, not by memory.
- Up to 60 MB per exhibit: photos, PDFs, scanned documents.
- Space by plan: 2 GB (Essential), 10 GB (Pro), 50 GB (Business).
The honesty of real encryption
Encryption we hold no key for has a consequence that must be said: if you lose your key, nobody can recover your exhibits for you · that is precisely what protects them. Keep your originals and your device backed up; the vault is one more belt, not a substitute. Our security page covers the rest.
