Work: documenting an accident, day after day
A workplace accident or occupational injury case goes through long stages: claim, decision, review, contestation. On decisive points, the CNESST is bound by the treating physician's opinion : in other words, the case is won or lost on continuous medical and factual documentation. And no one equips workers for that.
What the app documents
- The symptom log : one short entry per day (pain, abilities, impact on tasks), dated automatically.
- Every medical appointment : date, follow-up, documents received, photographed and fingerprinted.
- Communications with the employer and the compensation officer: who said what, when.
- The timeline of the event : the accident, the witnesses, the report, the photos of the scene.
- Deadlines entered by you, with reminders: review and contestation deadlines are strict (the tool never calculates them for you: check them against official sources or with your representative).
In the app: choose the “Work” case type: the log adapts (daily symptoms, medical appointments, communications) and the export hands a clean file to your union representative or your lawyer. Open the app (free).
