Documenting, without it becoming a chore

• The 5-second move : start, photo, done. Times are logged on their own; the narrative gets written when you can.
• A getting-started guide walks you through step by step, with a progress bar: case, first entry, first exhibit, first document.
• Configurable for your situation : family (visits, exchanges), housing (condition reports, requests to the landlord), employment (symptoms, medical appointments), or any other case.
• Your entries can still be edited and deleted at any time: the tool is there to help you, never to work against you.

Evidence that holds up

• Evidence vault : every photo and document gets its sha-256 digital fingerprint on import, recalculable by anyone.
• Both dates, always kept distinct: the date it was taken and the date it was imported into the case.
• Planned vs. actual discrepancies : late arrivals, cancellations, accumulated minutes; dated tallies, never conclusions.
• Strength checker : before each report, the checklist an opposing eye would apply; every item gets fixed or acknowledged in writing.
