What is Preuve en main?

A Quebec app that turns scattered experience (photos, screenshots, memories, papers) into a organized, dated case ready to present: to a court, a lawyer, an agency.

How it works

  1. You document. Every event in facts: who, what, when, where. Every photo gets a digital fingerprint and its date.
  2. The app organizes. Timeline, categories, numbered exhibits: everything files itself as you go.
  3. You produce the document. The preview builds before your eyes; the final report prints or saves as a PDF. You are the author.

What the app does, depending on your situation

The vocabulary, the steps and the documents adapt to your case type.

Family. Log of visits and exchanges, the child's condition on arrival, time-stamped late arrivals and cancellations, custody and support; a court-ready timeline.
Housing (TAL). Lease, notices, rent increases, dated photos of unsanitary conditions or mould, proof of payment; a case ready for the Tribunal administratif du logement.
Work (CNESST). Timeline of the injury, medical evidence, connection to work, contestation deadlines; organized for the CNESST and then the TAT.
Small claims. Demand letter, itemized amounts, numbered exhibits, preserved exchanges; a clear case ready to file.
Criminal · defending yourself. Facing a charge, noting the dates, organizing the disclosure, preparing your testimony point by point.
Criminal · filing a complaint. Recording the facts as solid evidence (dates, words spoken, injuries, messages) and understanding how a complaint moves forward.
Youth (LSJPA). A teen arrested or charged: rights, free lawyer, the steps in the youth division, what parents need to know.
Record suspension (pardon). A guided process: eligibility, documents (GRC, courts, police), fees and where to submit. Get started.

In every case: documenting, organizing and previewing are free. The final report, printing and exports are part of a membership.
