No statutory text was ever returned, so NRS 7.285 is NOT confirmed and no citation is recorded. Alternate official hosts tested and rejected: nelis.leg.state.nv.us and law.nv.gov both fail to connect (HTTP 000); nvcourts.gov is reachable (HTTP 200) but hosts no rule text - its own Self-Help Center page https://selfhelp.nvcourts.gov/self-help/getting-started/researching-the-law/court-rules (HTTP 200, 32,565 bytes) links the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct OFF-SITE to leg.state.nv.us/Division/Legal/LawLibrary/CourtRules/RPC.html, confirming leg.state.nv.us is the sole official text host; the ADKT 445 amendment page returned HTTP 404 (149,026-byte site 404 template). Every non-blocked hit for NRS 7.285 was an aggregator (Justia, FindLaw, shouselaw, lawserver) and was therefore not used. Retry from a different network egress IP.
