What free actually means here
Free is not a trial. You can keep a dated journal, build an evidence vault with a digital fingerprint for every file, lay out a timeline, track key dates and prepare your case, for as long as you need, on up to 3 matters, without paying anything and without an account.
What membership pays for is taking it out: the report, the binder, the printable summary and the editor. That is the honest line, and it is the same line the tool enforces: it never locks the record you built, only the export of it.
Erasing your data is always free
There is no version of this where you have to pay to get your own record out or to delete it. Erase everything is available on every plan, including no plan at all.
What is not settled yet
THE AMOUNTS BELOW ARE NOT THE OWNER'S DECISION YET. They carry over the Quebec tiers (5 / 12 / 49 per month) with the same numerals in USD, because a pricing page with no numbers is useless and inventing a US-specific figure would be pretending to a decision nobody made. Change them here and the page, the paywall and the plan links all follow. Nothing charges anyone until Stripe products exist, which is an owner action.
US consumer law requires specific disclosures for auto-renewing subscriptions, and they are not uniform: California's Automatic Renewal Law and the FTC's negative-option rule both impose wording, consent and cancellation requirements. None of that text has been read at the source yet, so this page states the price and the terms plainly and makes no auto-renewal claim it cannot back. OWNER ACTION before charging anyone.
